Hi, I'm Ramona Lever, I run mindfulness and meditation classes & retreats in Melbourne, Australia. My evidence-based techniques are designed to enhance happiness, improve health and to reduce stress.
My background includes 20+ years as a Counsellor, Mental health practitioner, Holistic healer, Author and trainer. I believe the key to health and happiness is Mind, Body and Soul alignment. I look forward to guiding you on your individual journey of discovery, practice, growth, and change.
